Thank you for your interest in the Jumbo Inflatable Wands by Silly Billy. This sheet will explain how you can purchase large quantities at a discount or have the wands custom imprinted with your information and logo. These quantity packages are for the performer who performs at many parties every month, and goes through lots of wands. If you have received this via email, you may want to print it out.

First we will discuss the quantity discounts. Then I will explain the two different ways you can have wands custom imprinted. Once you decide which wands are right for you read the section called Here’s how to order.

STANDARD WANDS

You can buy the Jumbo Inflatable Wand in large quantities for less than you would pay at the magic shop. These wands will arrive “in bulk,” which means they are not packaged in neat little baggies. They come in packs of 25 wands, wrapped with a rubber band. Instructions and the wand sleeve, which are included in the individual store packaging, are not included in bulk packaging. Additional sleeves are available at a minimal cost.

You can the standard wands in bulk if you want to customize the wands yourself. You can do this using pre-printed stickers. You may already have stickers that you give out at parties. If not you can buy a small quantity of labels by checking your Sunday papers for return address label companies. You can also print labels using your computer. Affix the sticker to the uninflated wand.

Because you buy these wands for less you can give them away at your shows more freely, possibly to every child at the party as I do. Alternatively, you could sell them to your client as a party favor. See the section called Suggestions For Birthday Parties to learn how to make extra money at every party you book.

If you want 100 – 225 wands they will cost 75 ¢ each.
If you want 250 - 475 wands they will cost 65 ¢ each.
If you want 500 - 975 wands they will cost 55 ¢ each.
If you want 1,000 or more wands they will cost 45 ¢ each.

For your total cost multiply the number of wands you want by the cost for each one. Minimum order 100 wands. Please order in multiples of 25. Shipping charges will be added.

CUSTOM IMPRINTING

If you want to order your wands printed at the factory with your logo and contact information there are two ways to do it. The first method is better if you only want a small number of wands; you can order as few as 125 wands. The second method is cheaper and the best method for larger quantities; 2,500 and more.

It is always smart marketing to give every child at the party something with your contact information on it. The customized Jumbo Inflatable Wand is ideal for that purpose. Have the wands printed at the factory to save you time and trouble.

In addition to printing wands with your information on them, you can also print wands with your client’s name on it. But don’t give these away; sell the wands to your clients as an add-on. Do not underestimate the perceived value of the Jumbo Inflatable Wand. You can sell the wands to your clients for $2.00, or as much as $4.00 each!

Small runs are ideal for private parties with a big budget. Custom imprint 125 wands for a birthday party give-away, 200 wands for a pre-school graduation party, 300 wands for a Bar Mitzvah with a magic theme, or 500 wands for a high school prom with a magic theme.

The larger run format is best for busy birthday party magicians to use as a give-away or to sell to the moms as party favors. (See the section called Suggestions For Birthday Parties to learn how to make extra money at every party you book.) Don’t forget to sell these after public shows at libraries, schools and parks. For larger traveling shows, the Jumbo Inflatable Wand makes an ideal item for sale during intermission or after the show. It packs flat and takes up very little space in the truck. Inflated, the wands make a great display, and they are low priced so that every child can go home with one. Some touring magicians are selling this for $5.00. For trade show magicians, this is an ideal tie-in to sell to your client. Put away the three-card monte and imagine how proud your client will be when he sees the inflated wands walking the show floor with his logo on it!

Smaller runs –For smaller quantities we take the pre-printed wand that is the same as the one sold in the magic shops and silkscreen your logo/info onto one side of the wand. This is a labor-intensive process, and the price reflects that. But it is a professional looking wand printed with your logo.

If you want 125 - 249 wands they will cost $1.10 each.
If you want 250 - 499 wands they will cost 95 ¢ each.
If you want 500 - 999 wands they will cost 80¢ each.
If you want 1,000 or more wands they will cost 74¢ each.

(*Remember, your logo will be printed on one side of the wand. For two sides, the cost is slightly higher.)

For your total cost multiply the number you want by the cost for each one. In addition to the cost of the wands, there will be a one-time charge of $38 to make the screen to print the artwork. We keep the screen on file so the next time you order you won’t be charged this fee. The wands will arrive packed “in bulk,” which means they will be stacked in a box, not packaged in individual bags. Minimum order 125 wands. Please order in multiples of 25. Shipping charges will be added.

Larger runs – In this process we print your logo at the same time as we print the black stripe for the wand. This means that the printing quality is better than the silkscreen in the smaller run. Also, you can print your logo on both sides of the wand. This also means that you can change the look of the wand if you like. For example, if you want your logo to be in the black stripe as drop-out white, we can do that. If the color scheme of your show is purple, we can print the wand as purple with white tips. If the look of your show is a checkerboard, print the black stripe as a checkerboard! The following prices are for one color, like black, printed on two sides of a white tube (resulting in a magic wand). Call for cost of 2 colors or more.

If you want 2,500 – 4,900 wands they will cost 57 ¢ each.
If you want 5,000 - 9,900 wands they will cost 42 ¢ each.
If you want 10,000 or more wands they will cost 31 ¢ each.

For your total cost multiply the number you want by the cost for each one. In addition to the cost of the wands, there will be a one-time charge of $150 to make the plate to print the artwork. We keep the plate on file so the next time you order you won’t be charged this fee. The wands will arrive packed “in bulk,” which means they will be stacked in a box, not packaged in individual bags. Minimum order 2,500 wands. Please order in multiples of 100. Shipping charges will be added.

HERE’S HOW TO ORDER

Standard Wands.
1. Contact me by phone or email, and tell me you are interested in purchasing wands. I can explain your options. We will decide what’s best for your needs. Don’t hesitate to call for any questions or special orders.
2. Once we decide which wands you want and the quantity, send a check for half payment of the order. You can pay by check or money order. Credit cards are not accepted. Make checks payable to David Kaye. Include your name, address, and number of wands you are ordering. We ship via UPS, which won’t deliver to a P.O. Box, so you must include a street address.
3. Wait 7 – 10 business days for delivery. When you receive your wands send the other half of the payment (plus shipping costs). That’s it!

Custom Imprinted Wands.
1. Contact me by phone or email, and tell me you are interested in purchasing wands. I can explain your options. We will decide what’s best for your needs. Don’t hesitate to call for any questions or special orders.
2. Once we decide which wands you want and the quantity send a package to me. Include a) camera-ready artwork of your logo or your client’s logo, b) the number of wands you are ordering, c) address to ship wands to, and d) half payment of the order (make checks payable to David Kaye). You can pay by check or money order. Credit cards are not accepted. Wands will be delivered by UPS, which won’t deliver to a P.O. Box, so you must include a street address.
3. Please allow delivery time of 2-3 weeks for the smaller runs and 4-6 weeks for the larger run process. When you receive your custom imprinted wands send the other half of the payment (plus shipping costs). That’s it!
